Emergency Case Management Financial Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Offer personalized consultations, education, training, information, referrals, advocacy, and crisis intervention services.

• Evaluate client requirements during financial emergencies or significant life changes.

• Create tailored action plans and collaborate with installation and community resources.

• Deliver follow-up assistance to ensure ongoing support and care.

• Work alongside FFSP stakeholders to design and implement educational programs and support services.

• Encourage participation in public awareness initiatives.

• Function as a part of a broader system with consistent communication with CNIC, Naval Intelligence, and military bases.

• Provide initial and refresher training for Command Financial Specialists.

• Assist in marketing and outreach efforts to enhance awareness and usage of program services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must reside in Italy or Spain.

• A Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must hold and maintain national certification as an Accredited Financial Counselor.

• Minimum of two years of experience in delivering financial education and training, along with one-on-one financial counseling.

• Proficient in presenting and facilitating training sessions for both large and small groups in financial management.

• Familiarity with various forms of digital technology to conduct virtual training effectively.

• Understanding of the military lifestyle and the personal financial management challenges faced by service members and their families.
