📋 Description

• Take charge of payroll operations throughout the EMEA region, ensuring smooth execution via our reliable payroll partner network.

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for payroll quality, precision, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

• Establish and nurture robust, collaborative relationships with payroll partners, setting clear expectations and driving consistently high performance levels.

• Lead and develop a team of Delivery Managers and payroll specialists across various locations, ensuring strong leadership, accountability, and effective execution.

• Act as the senior escalation contact for complex or high-stakes payroll issues, ensuring prompt resolution and the establishment of preventative measures.

• Navigate complexities across different jurisdictions, proactively identifying and addressing operational and compliance risks.

• Utilize data, insights, and performance metrics to monitor results, enhance controls, and promote continuous improvement.

• Foster standardization and operational excellence across a diverse regional landscape, balancing uniformity with local requirements.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (including Finance, Contracts, and Payments) and external partners to ensure cohesive payroll delivery.

• Advocate for strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and the overall experience for both employees and clients.

• Cultivate leadership capabilities within your team, promoting a culture of ownership, growth, and collaboration.

• You possess extensive experience in payroll operations across multiple countries or regions, with a proven ability to deliver accurate and compliant payroll outcomes.

• You have successfully led teams, including managing other managers, and are adept at developing leadership capabilities within distributed teams.

• You excel in complex environments, quickly breaking down challenges into actionable steps and structured solutions.

• You are highly data-oriented, leveraging metrics and insights to assess performance, identify risks, and continuously enhance service delivery.

• You effortlessly build trustworthy relationships, influencing internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve aligned outcomes.

• You maintain a strong continuous improvement mindset, consistently seeking ways to improve controls, efficiency, and service quality.

• You prioritize creating high-performing, supportive team cultures where accountability, development, and collaboration are key to success.
