This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Monitor and evaluate regional market trends, competitors, and customer brands to pinpoint market gaps and opportunities in the region.
• Provide insights to the global marketing manager and marketing team to enhance strategy.
• Develop and implement the regional marketing plan in alignment with global strategy.
• Tailor global positioning and messaging for EMEA markets.
• Contribute to the regional portfolio strategy, including relaunches, focus products, and pricing input.
• Serve as the Marketing Lead for regional innovation initiatives.
• Define marketing concepts, target demographics, and value propositions.
• Oversee regional product launches, related campaigns and training, along with cross-regional roll-outs.
• Create regional content and communication strategies.
• Equip regional sales teams and distributors with marketing tools and training.
• Identify and manage regional tradeshows and events.
• Bachelor’s degree in cosmetic sciences or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing (and/or commercial) role, preferably within the designated region.
• Strong grasp of marketing strategy development and execution, market and trend analysis, customer segmentation, and communication channel mix.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for fostering strong networks within Ashland as well as with potential customers and external partners.
• Self-motivated and persistent, possessing robust project management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel within the region - 20%.
