This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Design and enhance embedded software for automotive ECUs within specified parameters.
• Develop and sustain AUTOSAR Classic software components (SWCs).
• Configure and utilize AUTOSAR stacks and RTE at an elementary to intermediate proficiency.
• Engage in the development of ADAS-related software, focusing on sensor-driven features (camera, radar, lidar, ultrasonic).
• Conduct hands-on debugging, troubleshoot defects, and perform basic root-cause analysis.
• Carry out unit and integration testing in accordance with project standards.
• Generate and uphold necessary documentation that meets ASPICE compliance.
• Employ version control systems (e.g., Git) while adhering to established workflows.
• Collaborate efficiently with colleagues in software, testing, and system roles.
• Proficient conversational English (B2, C1, C2)
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
• Hands-on experience with C/C++ in embedded systems.
• Strong grasp of embedded software principles and microcontroller operations.
• Practical knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic, including: SWCs, Basic BSW concepts, RTE application.
• Fundamental understanding of ADAS systems and automotive sensors.
• Capability to independently debug, test, and validate software modifications.
• Familiarity with ASPICE or structured automotive development methodologies.
• Confident in using Git or equivalent version control systems.
