Email & WhatsApp Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of our dual-channel marketing strategy, overseeing email campaigns and WhatsApp messaging to encourage repeat purchases, recover abandoned carts, boost average order value, and foster customer loyalty within the fashion sector.

• Create and implement email campaigns that effectively segment audiences, test messaging, and convert casual browsers into purchasers.

• Oversee WhatsApp marketing flows utilizing Klaviyo, including promotional sequences and customer re-engagement initiatives.

• Track and report essential metrics to continually enhance performance.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, timing, and offers to optimize open rates, click rates, and conversions.

• Work collaboratively with the team on seasonal updates and special promotions.

• Recognize trends and opportunities in customer behavior to guide strategic decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing for fashion/ecommerce dropshipping or comparable non-branded retail sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in WhatsApp marketing, including campaign execution, flow setup, and customer engagement sequences.

• Strong proficiency in Klaviyo.

• A data-driven approach—metrics are your guiding principle, and you leverage them for decision-making.

• A self-starter attitude—ability to work autonomously, solve challenges, and take initiative.

• Experience with additional email platforms (Substack, ConvertKit) is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of SMS marketing or push notifications is an advantage.

• Experience in scaling campaigns during seasonal peaks is desirable.

• A portfolio or case studies showcasing campaign performance would be advantageous.
