Email Marketing Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the management of campaigns and newsletters using Mailchimp from start to finish, encompassing copywriting, design via Canva, distribution, and performance reporting.

• Craft cold email sequences targeted at mid-market CFOs and business owners for service outreach initiatives.

• Organize sequences featuring variations in subject lines, compelling hooks, a clear value proposition, and a direct call to action.

• Oversee essential deliverability practices, which include domain warm-up, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations.

• Segment mailing lists according to audience type and engagement stage.

• Assess and enhance campaigns using data on open rates, click-through rates, and reply metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing email marketing or outreach campaigns.

• Preference for candidates with B2B experience.

• Exceptional copywriting abilities, capable of producing concise, direct, and persuasive emails without unnecessary content.

• Proficient in using Mailchimp.

• Familiarity with outreach tools like Snov.io or similar platforms is highly advantageous.
