This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop, test, and implement HubSpot emails for newsletters, product introductions, promotions, events, and co-marketing initiatives with distributors.
• Take full ownership of the execution process: including templates, assets, personalization tokens, workflows, approvals, rendering QA, and final dispatch.
• Collaborate on email content—enhancing messaging for clarity, relevance to target personas, and performance optimization.
• Uphold a consistent, high-quality execution standard across various brands and business units.
• Create and manage sophisticated smart lists utilizing persona, industry, product line, account lists, lifecycle stage, region, and engagement behaviors.
• Oversee email performance metrics, including Open Rate, CTR, CTOR, Conversion Rate, and Engagement over time.
• Design, construct, and enhance intricate HubSpot workflows for nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement, events, and campaigns tailored to specific personas.
• 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience in executing email marketing programs within HubSpot (Marketing Hub).
• Strong grasp of email attribution, impact on the customer funnel, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated capability to build segmented audiences and create automated workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong QA mindset.
• A proactive self-starter who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable working independently across multiple business units.
• Excellent collaboration abilities; capable of working with Product Marketing Managers, Sales, Digital Marketing, and regional stakeholders.
• Experience with multi-language emails or EMEA localization is an advantage.
