This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Design and execute thorough email marketing strategies utilizing Klaviyo
• Enhance automated email workflows and subscription forms to boost acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue
• Create content calendars that align with client goals
• Partner with clients and Client Success Managers to develop impactful Klaviyo campaigns
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns
• Oversee Klaviyo setups, integrations, segmentation, and account frameworks
• Conduct audits and resolve technical challenges related to deliverability, responsive design, dynamic tagging, and personalization
• Track and evaluate lifecycle and email marketing metrics through Klaviyo Analytics and Google Analytics
• Deliver data-driven insights and suggestions to enhance performance, revenue, and ROI
• Produce precise and comprehensive reports
• Execute quality assurance checks on Klaviyo campaigns and workflows
• Collaborate with account management, copywriting, design, and implementation teams
• Provide support and guidance to team members as needed
• Keep abreast of Klaviyo updates, retention marketing trends, emerging technologies, and email regulations
• Experience in B2C, especially within enterprise eCommerce sectors
• At least three (3) years of managing or significantly contributing to an Email Retention Marketing program for a B2C eCommerce brand
• Proficiency in Email, SMS, Push, and/or direct mail retention marketing
• Skill in identifying revenue opportunities, crafting content strategies, and improving retention and loyalty marketing
• Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo
• Mastery of predictive analytics, custom flow logic, complex segmentation, and SMS integration in Klaviyo
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic coding principles for email design and customization within Klaviyo
• Familiarity with CRM, CDPs, eCommerce platforms like Shopify, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical abilities and a knack for making data-driven recommendations
• Prior experience with larger brands in a retention marketing manager role is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
