This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the revenue growth of the email channel by effectively briefing, developing, and executing all email marketing campaigns, including marketing, promotional, event, transactional, and lifecycle emails.
• Leverage the business plan to create and brief campaigns within the email platform, ensuring all content and copy is thoroughly proofread and accurate.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to guarantee that all campaigns and content align with brand standards.
• Manage daily email marketing operations, which encompass briefing, email campaign setup, testing, tagging, accessibility, scheduling, and deployment.
• Serve as the primary in-house expert on our Email Marketing Platform and its functionalities.
• Address technical issues related to templates, list segmentation, and other elements of email execution, as needed with both internal and external vendors.
• Oversee the weekly email scheduling for the Sussan brand in partnership with the Digital Manager and Marketing Team.
• Create a comprehensive email communication and content plan for the business and collaborate with the Digital Manager to ensure alignment with other customer communications and digital marketing channels.
• Establish customer nurture programs and customer journeys to enhance engagement and revenue across both online and in-store platforms.
• Implement relevant triggered and automated campaigns for our eCommerce platform and transactional email communications.
• Set up and maintain various audience segments within the Email Marketing Platform for targeted campaign delivery.
• Assist the Digital Manager with the Digital and CRM Roadmap and spearhead the digital rollout of pertinent CRM initiatives aimed at improving customer relationship management and achieving commercial objectives for the business.
• Identify and implement database and VIP growth opportunities while actively working to minimize unsubscribe rates.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital design, video production, and email marketing asset creation (HTML skills are a plus).
• Solid grasp of customer databases, personalization, and segmentation techniques.
• Experience using Google Analytics or a comparable website analytics tool.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced marketing team or digital agency.
• Marketing/Digital tertiary qualification or equivalent.
• Completion of short courses in Digital Marketing or Digital Platform certification is highly regarded.
• Previous experience with eCommerce, fashion, or retail brands is highly desirable.
