Email Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create visually appealing and brand-consistent email layouts and graphics optimized for mobile.

• Deliver 8 or more email designs daily while ensuring clarity, quality, and uniformity.

• Develop and refine Klaviyo pop-ups and forms that align with branding and growth objectives.

• Transform briefs and written content into visually clear layouts with a strong hierarchy and flow.

• Modify designs for various segments, promotions, and A/B testing scenarios.

• Thoroughly QA every asset for spacing, links, copy placement, and overall accuracy.

• Utilize Figma and Canva to construct, enhance, and organize reusable design components.

• Monitor daily tasks, deadlines, and progress in ClickUp to ensure smooth workflow.

• Keep files and exports well-organized for easy review and handoff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing marketing emails or similar digital assets in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Figma and Canva for creating clean and consistent designs rapidly.

• Experience in designing Klaviyo pop-ups and forms aimed at boosting list growth.

• Design with an awareness that headlines and body text will be formatted as HTML live text in Klaviyo, rather than embedded within images.

• Knowledge of web-safe font pairings and the ability to design layouts that remain cohesive even when a fallback font is utilized by an email client.

• Familiarity with designing for Dark Mode and ensuring high color contrast between live text and background elements.

• Capability to structure designs that avoid the "single image" issue, which may trigger spam filters and negatively impact sender reputation.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a practice of double-checking work prior to submission.

• Responsive communicator who excels in written communication and keeps team members informed.

• Composed under pressure with dependable turnaround times and strong organizational skills.
