This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the instructional program through asynchronous web conferencing and synchronous teaching.
• Complete grading, progress reports, and conduct parent conferences.
• Engage with parents, students, teachers, and curriculum specialists to create and update Personal Learning Plans and schedules.
• Evaluate assessments, offer feedback, propose instructional strategies, oversee assignments, and mentor special projects.
• Assist students and parents with alternative strategies and extra support for assignments and projects.
• Keep up-to-date student records and data, including cumulative files, online information, attendance, and contact logs.
• Work in collaboration with team members and learning specialists to create enrichment activities and modify programs.
• Organize regional field trips and incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Establish and nurture a virtual school community.
• Collaborate with the team and engage with the professional learning community.
• Participate in the organization and administration of state testing.
• Engage in student recruitment sessions and marketing initiatives requiring teacher representation.
• Review curriculum and develop alternative lesson strategies.
• Attend field trips and family community events.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• Must be highly qualified and certified to teach elementary grades in Indiana, in line with grade-level responsibilities.
• Strong belief that all students can and will achieve learning goals.
• Proficient technology skills, particularly in the Microsoft operating system, Microsoft Office applications, and Google Suite.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing and state testing events, which may include overnight stays.
