Electrical VDC/BIM Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily execution of BIM coordination and virtual construction initiatives.

• Act as the main point of contact for designated projects.

• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, trade partners, and internal teams.

• Manage Electrical BIM and VDC projects throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Create project execution plans, coordination strategies, and timelines.

• Lead coordination meetings and facilitate the resolution of issues.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and track milestones.

• Ensure that BIM models and project outputs meet established requirements.

• Foster strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Coordinate efforts among BIM Specialists, Coordinators, and production team members.

• Proactively identify project risks, constructability issues, and coordination obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing BIM, VDC, detailing, coordination, or construction-related projects.

• Solid understanding of construction workflows and project delivery methods.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination processes.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple projects at once.

• Able to work independently in a remote setting.

• Preferred: Experience in electrical construction or electrical BIM.

• Preferred: Background in facilitating coordination meetings.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools.

• Preferred: Previous roles in leadership, mentoring, or project management.
