This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Execute the administrative tasks of our organization and daily operations within the department.
• Oversee the execution and management of electrical products projects such as inverters, converters, PCS/SKID, transformers, etc., in accordance with the internal and external requirements of the company and clients.
• Conduct quality assurance, factory audits/reviews, or field inspections of power electronics components as requested, adhering to specified deadlines.
• Engage in timely and effective communication with the account manager, addressing technical inquiries, offering professional guidance, updating project statuses, and preparing reports as necessary.
• Pursue self-learning for new standards and knowledge, and share experiences, standards, and technical information with team members.
• Assist with project execution for PV Module, racking, storage quality assurance, and certain field engineering services.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department leader.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, electrical automation, power electronics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in PV & Storage production and testing.
• Experience working in an inverter or transformer manufacturing environment is essential.
• Expertise in testing and inspecting electrical products such as inverters, transformers, and skids.
• In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process, testing procedures, testing methods, and relevant test standards and specifications for electrical products, including IEC, UL, and IEEE.
• Ability to comprehend Statements of Work (SOW) and execute tasks independently while managing project demands under pressure.
• Familiarity with PV & storage system design and acceptance testing standards for new energy generation, with the ability to independently conduct field tests on inverters being a plus.
• Understanding of the basic principles and topology of DC/DC and DC/AC power conversion; fundamentals of analog and digital circuits.
• Knowledge of PV modules, trackers, transformers, switchgear, and storage systems is advantageous.
