Electrical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of projects

• Manage Electrical BIM and VDC initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle

• Create project execution strategies, coordination plans, and timelines

• Organize coordination meetings and lead efforts to resolve issues

• Monitor the progress of projects, including risks and milestones

• Ensure that BIM models and project outputs meet project specifications

• Cultivate Client Relationships

• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients

• Foster strong connections with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders

• Proactively communicate project status, associated risks, and impacts on the schedule

• Lead effective meetings and ensure that action items are followed through

• Assist in project pursuits, preconstruction activities, and estimating reviews as necessary

• Promote Team Success

• Coordinate efforts among BIM Specialists, Coordinators, and production team members

• Provide direction, support, and accountability for projects

• Encourage collaboration and effective communication within project teams

• Mentor team members during project execution and in technical problem-solving

• Drive Quality & Results

• Identify project risks, constructability issues, and coordination difficulties early on

• Develop proactive solutions and mitigation strategies

• Support quality control measures and deliverable evaluations

• Minimize rework through effective planning, communication, and coordination

• Enhance Operational Performance

• Aid in project planning, staffing coordination, and workload management

• Track project schedules, budgets, and production hours

• Support forecasting and resource planning activities

• Contribute to effective project execution and overall profitability

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing BIM, VDC, detailing, coordination, or construction-related projects

• Strong comprehension of construction workflows and project delivery methodologies

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination processes

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to handle multiple projects at once

• Ability to operate independently in a remote setting
