This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Data Preparation: Verify and assess data received from data controllers to ensure its accuracy, relevance, and completeness.
• Data Entry: Input data into appropriate software systems, guaranteeing no errors and that the data is accurately represented for analysis.
• Data Organization: Develop graphs, charts, and reports to aid data controllers in understanding the data, providing context and insights.
• Data Storage: Securely maintain both raw and processed data, ensuring it is readily accessible for future use and analysis.
• Liaison Role: Serve as an intermediary between data subjects and data controllers, transforming raw data into easily interpretable formats.
• IT Systems Design: Contribute to the creation and modification of IT systems that efficiently gather and process data, ensuring adherence to data protection regulations.
• Proficiency in English.
• Capability to verify and validate incoming data for completeness.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with data management and analytics platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers, superiors, and other departments in all directions.
• Knowledge of secure data storage practices, with the ability to adhere to established data security protocols.
• Flexibility to adapt existing experience to new systems.
• Ability to follow existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Demonstrated capability to work independently.
