• Accelerate the development of innovative eLearning solutions while enhancing consistency and learner engagement.

• Ensure alignment of content with brand standards to support both internal teams and customer success initiatives.

• Design, develop, and deliver sophisticated enablement content that effectively scales to support both internal readiness and crucial customer adoption.

• Transition from creating individual assets to developing comprehensive learning solutions that yield significant results.

⛳️ Requirements

• eLearning Content Development & Instructional Execution:

• Employ eLearning authoring tools (such as Articulate Rise and/or Storyline) to produce dynamic content.

• Construct basic interactive elements or guided walkthroughs to enhance the learning experience.

• Present a robust portfolio that showcases clarity, structure, and instructional quality.

• Design and create interactive simulations, including click-through workflows and system simulations.

• Have experience with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Mindsmith, or similar) to facilitate content development, including drafting scripts, generating outlines, or speeding up first-draft production.

• Learner Experience, Visual Quality & Scalable Design:

• Consistently implement brand and visual guidelines in all learning content.

• Create clear and engaging learning layouts that enhance retention.

• Strike a balance between learner engagement and instructional clarity for optimal impact.

• Utilize reusable templates, components, or design systems to maintain consistency across courses.

• Provide strong before-and-after examples showcasing content improvements and visual enhancements.

• Technical Concept Enablement:

• Develop impactful training for complex technical or product-related topics.

• Comfortably derive information from technical documentation or system workflows as primary sources.

• Ensure content accuracy by effectively collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

• Have prior experience in customer or internal technical enablement environments.

• Translate complex technical workflows into interactive simulations or practice-based learning experiences.

• Project Execution, Feedback Incorporation & Collaboration:

• Manage multiple content deliverables simultaneously and efficiently.

• Accept and integrate constructive feedback to enhance deliverables and improve content quality.

• Collaborate effectively with SMEs and stakeholders throughout the content development lifecycle.

• Exhibit strong ownership of deliverables from initial intake to final delivery.

• Implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency or quality of content development.
