This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identifying new business opportunities within the SME market in Mexico.
• Developing a robust prospect pipeline through the use of digital tools to achieve monthly targets.
• Utilizing consultative selling to identify the needs of your clients.
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of Konfío's value proposition and internal tools and processes.
• Ability to retain and expand your client portfolio by providing excellent service.
• A genuine interest in supporting the growth of SMEs in Mexico.
• Previous experience in sales and placement of financial products, preferably in the banking and/or financial sector focused on SMEs.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Results-oriented with the capacity to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of technological tools and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
