This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Collaborate with country governance leaders, site leaders, country EHS leaders, and EHS contacts to manage injury prevention initiatives and offer support for corporate, federal, country, and/or regulatory environmental, health, and safety issues that arise in non-manufacturing facilities throughout the region.
• Develop and sustain the EHS Governance process for the region.
• Support all sites in completing EHS self-assessments and creating annual improvement plans.
• Responsible for aiding in the formulation of Global EHS policies, standards, and programs.
• Conduct investigations into incidents involving serious injury and fatality (SIF) as well as Non-SIF incidents, and assist manufacturing sites with their investigations and the preparation of learning content.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher (must be completed and verified prior to employment start date).
• Ten (10) years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Safety Sciences, or Engineering within a private, public, governmental, or military context.
• Five (5) years of experience in site EHS leadership or three (3) years of experience in multi-site EHS support.
• Proven experience in implementing serious injury and fatality prevention initiatives, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management systems (such as ISO 14001 or ISO 45001), and EHS compliance programs.
