EHR Supervisor – Integrated Lab

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leading, inspiring, developing skills, and measuring positive outcomes for a team of Epic analysts.

• Assisting the Manager and Team in creating effective workflows, resolving and mitigating complex challenges, and nurturing valuable relationships.

• Collaborating with organizational leadership to ensure that timelines and deliverables are both realistic and actionable.

• Ensuring that new staff members are onboarded systematically and effectively, preparing them for success.

• Monitoring and measuring team, project, and individual performance objectives.

• Reviewing, defining, and supporting efforts for improvement.

• Supporting the manager in maintaining timely responses on tickets.

• Developing new features and workflows; making design decisions for new functionalities.

• Acting as the primary escalation point for Members experiencing issues.

• Performing routine build and configuration tasks within Epic and related products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science) or a combination of education and 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in Ambulatory/Ambulatory Orders/Interfaces, with 1 year of supervisory experience being highly desirable.

• Extensive experience working with Epic EHR is essential.

• A background in Healthcare IT is required.

• Certification in Epic Orders/Epic Ambulatory/Epic Bridges Interfaces Variation is mandatory.

• Significant experience in Epic Ambulatory/Orders/Interfaces is necessary.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Excellent communication skills – capable of engaging with both application and technical team members, as well as end users.

• Consistently demonstrates integrity and accountability.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making processes.
