This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Provide administrative and project coordination assistance to solution teams, encompassing schedules, deliverables, meetings, action items, and status updates.
• Facilitate collaboration among clinical leaders, technical teams, governance bodies, vendors, and local site teams.
• Aid informaticists and solution experts in gathering requirements documentation, analyzing workflows, and planning solutions.
• Oversee and track issues, risks, dependencies, tickets, and change requests utilizing Jira or similar platforms.
• Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing, which includes test cases, requirements traceability, defect tracking, and test evidence.
• Lead solution design reviews, document outcomes and action items, and assist in optimizing solutions.
• Coordinate vendor activities to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist with interface change requests and manage coordination with technical integration teams.
• Help with enterprise-to-site deployments, implementation readiness, and post-deployment tasks.
• Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, meeting minutes, decision logs, RACI charts, dashboards, and Lessons Learned documentation.
• Collaborate with training, change management, clinical, functional, and technical teams throughout the implementation process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and enterprise rollout initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5–8 years of pertinent experience providing administrative, logistical, and programmatic support to solution or project teams.
• Direct experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Proficiency in project coordination, requirements management, testing/UAT, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in analyzing clinical workflows and converting clinical or functional requirements into IT solutions.
• Practical experience with Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium, particularly in Orders, Documentation, or Scheduling.
• Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
• Understanding of FHIR and EHR interoperability.
• Experience with Agile, Hybrid, or ADM project methodologies.
• Background in supporting enterprise EHR deployments, healthcare operations, or large-scale government healthcare initiatives.
• Experience in coordinating with training, change management, and technical interface teams.
