This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver first-level assistance to healthcare clients by guiding them through the use and features of our EHR and billing software.
• Manage incoming support calls from current clients and provide prompt help.
• Precisely log customer concerns, solutions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Engage in daily ticket review meetings to evaluate ticket status, priorities, and resolutions.
• Reach out to customers regarding resolved issues to guarantee satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
• Refer complex technical problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service while handling multiple support requests.
• Persistently learn and adapt to software updates, system enhancements, and support protocols.
• Collaborate efficiently with remote team members to provide consistent and effective support.
• High school diploma; college education is a plus but not mandatory.
• A minimum of one (1) year of recent experience in medical billing.
• At least one (1) year of recent experience with EHR systems.
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service abilities.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems and related devices.
• Capability to follow instructions, learn swiftly, and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare and medical terminology.
• Prior experience providing software or technical support in a healthcare setting.
• Observes U.S. (PST) holidays.
