This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Conduct data discovery activities.
• Collaborate with Professional Services teams to carry out data migration tasks.
• Analyze data exports thoroughly.
• Create automated scripts to facilitate data parsing and extraction.
• Prepare assessments and reports concerning data migration efforts.
• Identify and classify RMF artifacts for migration or archiving purposes.
• Locate System Security Plans (SSPs), control artifacts, assessment trackers, and other RMF documents stored in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for migration.
• Convert legacy data and schemas into OSCAL-compliant formats.
• Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to aid in data migration initiatives.
• Review Microsoft SharePoint repositories to identify artifacts suitable for migration.
• Document legacy system workflows, dashboards, and reports for migration.
• Recreate and enhance workflows, dashboards, and reports within the new eGRC platform.
• Create custom dashboards, reports, and content tailored to user needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to produce and present essential metrics.
• Assist in the formulation of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) artifacts.
• Provide guidance on data-related issues and support inquiries related to data management.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Cybersecurity, Data, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity and information technology (IT) data.
• Strong comprehension and experience with RMF.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience in performing security engineering tasks.
• Proficiency in developing and modifying scripts.
• Familiarity with mapping inheritance and Common Control Catalogs.
• Experience in developing or refining risk scoring methodologies.
• Skilled in mapping data schemas.
• Experience working with OSCAL.
• Background in Federal systems.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud.
• Knowledge of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in an Agile work environment.
• Proven capability to analyze complex requirements and convert them into clear, actionable tasks and processes through critical thinking.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance, in accordance with federal contract requirements.
• Preference for candidates with Top Secret/Q clearance.
• Possession of industry-recognized certifications is advantageous.
