This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and execute automation workflows and system integrations across enterprise SaaS platforms and internal infrastructure.
• Develop cloud-native automation solutions and event-driven processes utilizing modern cloud platforms and APIs.
• Create integrations that involve communication systems, ticketing platforms, CRM/workflow systems, and operational tools.
• Implement secure OAuth-based authentication mechanisms and enterprise-level access control frameworks.
• Construct scalable orchestration services, queue-based processing, retry mechanisms, and monitoring functionalities.
• Develop AI-enhanced operational workflows that include classification, routing, summarization, extraction, and response assistance.
• Design and manage integration APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with operations, support, product, and engineering teams to discover automation prospects and implement workflow enhancements.
• Establish observability, telemetry, audit logging, and operational reporting functionalities.
• Ensure that automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, governance, and reliability standards.
• Utilize modern AI development tools (such as CursorAI, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance engineering productivity and accelerate delivery.
• Work closely with the technology team to guarantee alignment of architecture and design with Enumerate's technological strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in creating automation workflows, backend integrations, or orchestration services within cloud-native environments.
• Extensive experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong integration engineering background across SaaS platforms and enterprise applications.
• Understanding of AI-assisted workflows and LLM-enabled operational systems.
• Experience in implementing retry patterns, error management, and resilient distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment.
