This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Support daily social media operations and management by editing and producing both short-form and long-form marketing videos for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to devise hooks, pacing, and narrative structures that maximize viewer retention and engagement.
β’ Partner with in-house content creators to ensure that videos are consistent with the brand's voice, tone, and creative direction.
β’ Develop motion graphics and animations that infuse energy, movement, and personality into every cut.
β’ Incorporate accurate English captions and on-screen text to enhance accessibility and viewer interaction.
β’ Utilize b-roll, sound design, music, transitions, and visual storytelling methods to reinforce messaging and enhance watch time.
β’ Regularly test and refine editing styles, hooks, pacing, and creative techniques based on platform performance metrics.
β’ Maintain quick turnaround times while managing a high volume of content production.
β’ Organize project files and ensure consistency across all deliverables and formats.
β’ A portfolio or demonstrated experience in editing both short-form and long-form marketing content that has achieved significant engagement on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
β’ Advanced expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.
β’ Strong skills in motion graphics and animation, with the capability to create visually captivating assets for fast-paced digital content.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of narrative structure, pacing, hooks, and viewer psychology relevant to both short-form and long-form content.
β’ Experience incorporating captions, b-roll, music, sound effects, and on-screen text to enhance retention and storytelling.
β’ Ability to work effectively within a larger creative or marketing team environment.
β’ Highly detail-oriented, capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
β’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to quickly receive and implement creative feedback.
β’ Self-driven, reliable, and capable of managing projects independently in a remote work setting.
