This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage, prioritize, and follow up on editorial requests using ClickUp.
• Oversee project schedules, deadlines, and partner deliverables.
• Maintain editorial dashboards and report on workload, trends, and impact.
• Facilitate communication among editorial teams, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Enhance editorial processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Assist in content reviews, quality checks, and basic content audits.
• Evaluate content against editorial guidelines, audience requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Identify content gaps and potential opportunities.
• Prepare editorial recommendations and actionable feedback for partners.
• Maintain editorial resources, guidelines, and best practices.
• Develop training materials and documentation for partners.
• Support educational initiatives for partners and clarify editorial expectations and processes.
• Monitor content trends, audience behavior, and industry best practices.
• Recognize emerging editorial opportunities across various industries and topics.
• Contribute to reporting and insights that showcase editorial impact.
• Assist the Editorial Enablement Manager in creating a scalable and repeatable editorial enablement system.
• 1–2 years of experience in editorial, content, journalism, publishing, or a related discipline.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and the ability to uphold quality standards.
• Understanding of what contributes to successful content in a newsroom or digital publishing context.
• Quick learner with the ability to work across diverse subject areas.
• Experience with content management systems, project management tools, or editorial workflows (preferred).
• Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and website operations (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with internal teams, external partners, or clients (preferred).
• Curiosity and adaptability across various industries, such as travel, food, technology, insurance, and AI (preferred).
