This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Examine and authenticate in-game content, ensuring it aligns with the cultural nuances of Belgium.

• Select culturally pertinent references, phrases, and themes for localized features.

• Offer feedback and editorial recommendations to enhance the player experience.

• Work in conjunction with the content team to establish and uphold editorial standards specific to Belgium.

⛳️ Requirements

• We prefer candidates who currently reside in Belgium (or elsewhere in Europe) and are deeply engaged with local Belgian culture, trends, and idioms.

• Proficiency in Dutch (Belgian variant) and conversational English skills are mandatory.

• Strong understanding of Belgian Dutch grammar, spelling, and usage is essential.

• Extensive knowledge of Belgian Dutch expressions, slang, media, and pop culture is required.

• A degree in Communications, Linguistics, Dutch Language, Writing, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Previous experience in content editing, localization, or game content is an advantage.

• A passion for word games, language, and cultural storytelling is highly desirable.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills are necessary.
