• Deliver advanced assistance for technology utilization, including Relativity.

• Tackle and resolve any client issues related to delivered or hosted data.

• Process data via Relativity Processing as required and manage client data proficiently.

• Strong dedication to ensuring client satisfaction.

• Skilled at developing and maintaining exceptional high-touch client relationships with ESI and portfolio clients.

• Extensive proficiency and understanding of eDiscovery workflows and technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and effectively deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

• High proficiency in database programs, text editors, and review platforms.

• Solid knowledge of Relativity Processing and familiarity with various Relativity features.

• Excellent at managing multiple tasks with a strong follow-through.

• Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail.
