EDI Coordinator – Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business and technical requirements for EDI integrations involving customers, carriers, and partners.

• Design, implement, monitor, and enhance EDI connections and message flows.

• Oversee EDI projects from inception to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Serve as the main point of contact between business units, IT, and integration partners on EDI-related matters.

• Ensure the stability, performance, and data integrity of EDI interfaces.

• Assist in troubleshooting, incident analysis, and root-cause resolution for EDI-related issues.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of integration processes, standards, and documentation.

• Promote the adoption of new technologies and integration patterns as applicable.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues in operations, customer service, IT, and data teams.

• Liaise with external customers, carriers, and integration partners.

• Communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders across various technical and business levels.

• Foster a team-oriented, collaborative work environment.

• Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working.

• Experience in business process support, system integration, or EDI-related roles is a plus.

• Strong interest in the road transport and logistics sector.
