Ecosystem Governance & Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee all elements of the complete workflow, including performing original research.

• Prepare raw data in various formats for integration into the Atlas.

• Establish and continuously enhance the core infrastructure and meta-rules of the Atlas.

• Coordinate workstreams with multiple ecosystem stakeholders.

• Draft, validate, and harmonize data within the Atlas.

• Define workflows that facilitate collaboration among different ecosystem members.

• Review outputs from various contributors to ensure compliance with the Atlas.

• Provide feedback based on practical experiences to consistently improve the Atlas.

• Familiarity with the Atlas and Sky (previously known as MakerDAO).

• Experience with community-driven organizations, whether in Web3, decentralized systems, or other contexts.

• A sharp thinker, demonstrating both logical and creative reasoning.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Meticulous and detail-oriented.

• A deep focus on operations.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Exceptional capability to read, analyze, and synthesize extensive amounts of information.

• Strong working memory.
