This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily site updates, including message changes, asset modifications, and content refreshes within our CMS Pack Digital.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, CRM, and Creative teams to ensure onsite execution aligns with campaign messaging.
• Prepare Creative Briefs for upcoming promotions and verify that all assets are accounted for.
• Lead the rollout of our Holiday campaigns, guaranteeing timely and precise site transitions throughout the season.
• Maintain accuracy, timing, and quality control for all scheduled changes to the website.
• Assist with the execution of additional marketing initiatives, such as gifting programs and custom landing pages, as required.
• Oversee site merchandising, updating prices and inventory allocations in Shopify for both the DTC and Wholesale stores in collaboration with our Operations team.
• Manage the configuration of new products, ensuring accurate and thorough product data is set across our technical stack (CMS, Shopify, and Recharge Subscriptions).
• Implement new product launches, which may include limited after-hours publishing and quality assurance tasks.
• Set up A/B tests within the CMS platform in conjunction with the Director of Digital Product.
• Conduct QA testing on variations and thoroughly report issues to the engineering team.
• Establish, track, and assess success metrics for experiments and feature launches.
• Generate weekly SEO and monthly Accessibility reports, documenting and reporting issues to the engineering team.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in direct-to-consumer eCommerce, particularly with Shopify.
• Experience with headless eCommerce and Content Management Systems is a plus.
• Proven track record in managing promotional calendars and executing onsite campaigns.
• Exceptional attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex systems and independently solve problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and cross-functional networks at all levels.
• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing priorities; able to organize, multitask, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
