eCommerce Marketplace Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee accounts on Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center

• Develop, enhance, and manage product listings

• Track inventory levels, pricing, and ensure product catalog accuracy

• Aid in branded reselling efforts and product oversight

• Conduct profitability and margin assessments across various products and platforms

• Execute data entry tasks while maintaining organized records and spreadsheets

• Keep an eye on account health, listing discrepancies, and marketplace notifications

• Facilitate product uploads, modifications, and ongoing listing management

• Investigate products, competitors, and trends within the marketplace

• Produce operational reports and updates on performance tracking

• Spot opportunities for workflow enhancements and operational advancements proactively

• Assist with daily marketplace operations as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience managing accounts on Amazon Seller Central

• Experience in Walmart Marketplace is a plus

• Solid understanding of eCommerce operations and marketplace processes

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data management

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional organizational capabilities and attention to detail

• Capacity to work autonomously and show initiative

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
