This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee daily Shopify operations, including product listings, collections, and content updates.
• Conduct quality assurance across various devices and browsers, promptly identifying and addressing bugs.
• Administer the refresh of the review program (Stamped) and manage post-purchase surveys.
• Revise blog and landing page content to enhance conversion rates.
• Create, schedule, and implement email campaigns and lifecycle flows (welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, winback).
• Provide weekly reports on email key performance indicators: open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue per send.
• Experiment with and refine send cadence, subject lines, and content using CRM tools.
• Execute product launches from start to finish: uploads, collections, content quality assurance, and go-live checks.
• Assist the Senior Ecommerce Manager with upsell strategies and the implementation of new products.
• Enhance product and collection pages by optimizing meta titles, descriptions, headings, and alt text.
• Create redirects and minimize 404 error pages.
• Publish blog content.
• 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing within DTC or consumer brands.
• Strong proficiency in Shopify, including products, collections, themes, and applications.
• Expertise in Klaviyo: campaign creation, flow configuration, segmentation, and reporting.
• Experience in supporting A/B testing and conversion rate optimization programs.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Availability during UK business hours is essential.
