This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will oversee the strategy, execution, and enhancement of our primary paid channel – Google Ads.
• Your role involves creating, analyzing, and refining campaigns.
• Engage in testing and optimization: perform systematic A/B tests and conduct comprehensive data analysis.
• Develop and sustain reporting for both management and the team.
• Maintain a multi-channel perspective: provide strategic oversight across Meta, Display, and TV.
• 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically focused on Google Ads and managing substantial budgets.
• Experience in e-commerce with high average order values.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Strong data-driven mindset and a passion for data-centric optimization.
• Proficiency in tracking skills: GA4, server-side tracking, and Enhanced Conversions.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and in an organized manner.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
