
Ecommerce Head of Brand – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Omnichannel Strategy: Direct brand, trade, and performance marketing across all owned, earned, and paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, CRM, Affiliates, Press, and Influencers).
• Trading Agility: Collaborate with Trading and Product teams to swiftly respond to in-week data—adjusting budgets, re-forecasting channel activities, and modifying campaign messaging with commercial urgency.
• Commercial & Fiscal Accountability: Manage the monthly marketing budget to optimize ROI, achieving strict KPIs including Revenue, CPA, LTV, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and POAS.
• Creative Guardrails & CRM: Supervise the CRM/lifecycle strategy and steer design/copy outputs to ensure every asset aligns with brand standards and is focused on conversions.
• Team & Agency Leadership: Guide and develop the internal marketing, promotions, and design teams while ensuring external agencies are held accountable for performance metrics.
• AI & Innovation: Propel the integration of AI, automation, and rapid testing to enhance creative output and marketing efficiency.
• Proven E-commerce Leadership: Significant experience overseeing e-commerce brand and marketing operations with complete budget and team management.
• Dual Mastery: Demonstrated success in balancing brand equity with highly technical performance marketing.
• Commercial Fluency: Profound understanding of essential e-commerce metrics (CPA, LTV, Conversion, ROAS, POAS).
• Platform & Channel Breadth: Practical experience with Google Ads, GA, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and CRM/Lifecycle tools (Email/SMS).
