Early Childhood Teacher, PT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Delivering and instructing online math courses for students on a weekly basis (10-20 classes, equating to roughly 10-20 hours per week).

• The number of class assignments and teaching hours is influenced by your preparedness for lessons and the satisfaction of students.

• Engaging in compensated teaching assistant roles by attending classes and gaining insights from experienced lead teachers' instructional strategies.

• Conducting trial lessons with prospective students to ensure they enroll in the appropriate classes (5-10 hours per week).

• Evaluating homework and communicating with parents weekly to provide updates on students' academic progress and areas needing improvement (3-5 hours per week).

• Additional tasks assigned by the teaching management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher; all fields of study are accepted, although degrees in Education or STEM-related fields are preferred!

• Previous experience in math instruction is advantageous.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and charismatic, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire children!

• Availability and willingness to commit to full-time work from Tuesday to Sunday starting in April 2026.

• Dedicated to teaching, responsible, and passionate about working with children.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with parents.

• A reliable computer, dependable internet connection, and prompt communication skills.
