Early Careers Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with senior engineers to design, develop, and sustain backend systems that drive our platform.

• Engage in feature development, resolve bugs, and enhance performance.

• Take part in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold quality and maintainability.

• Work alongside product and design teams to transform ideas from concept to production.

• Acquire knowledge of new tools and technologies, gradually taking on greater responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 0–2 years of professional experience as a software engineer (internships or projects are considered!).

• Strong programming fundamentals and knowledge of at least one backend language (Go, Python, Node, etc.).

• A curious mindset and a desire to comprehend how complex systems integrate.

• Willingness to learn from colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Interest in startups, AI, or logistics is an advantage.
