This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create engaging visual and video content that reflects Meru Health’s brand and social media strategy.
• Craft captivating captions and copy that align with the brand's identity.
• Incorporate current social media trends while ensuring brand consistency.
• Organize content assets (images, videos, templates) in shared folders (Google Drive, Figma, or Canva).
• Employ Figma (preferred) or Canva for design tasks.
• Keep abreast of platform-specific specifications, best practices, and algorithm updates.
• Propose innovative content ideas based on strategically defined content categories.
• Develop and present monthly content calendars for approval (Google Sheets, Asana, or Notion).
• Schedule and publish content using Sprout Social or native platforms according to approved calendars.
• Respond thoughtfully to comments and direct messages across various channels.
• Handle responses on Trustpilot and app store reviews (with proper permissions).
• Escalate sensitive inquiries (related to mental health, legal matters, or press) to internal teams as required.
• Monitor and compile monthly performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, top-performing content) using Sprout Social and/or native platform tools.
• Create straightforward monthly reports (Google Slides) that highlight key content insights.
• Recommend content optimizations and trends to explore based on performance analysis.
• Observe and report recurring themes, feedback, and community sentiment to the marketing and product teams.
• Utilize Sprout Social for sentiment analysis and social listening.
• Managed Platforms: Instagram, Facebook (repurposed IG content), TikTok, X (formerly Twitter - occasional content).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a content creator, copywriter, or in a similar position.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and relevant digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is preferred.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Expertise in YouTube is crucial for this role.
