E-learning System Operations – Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily operations and management of the e-learning management system (LMS).

• Offer first and second-level support to various users, including learners, trainers, and administrators.

• Address functional and technical issues in collaboration with IT teams and system vendors.

• Oversee system performance, availability, and ensure consistent service delivery.

• Aid in system updates, releases, and configuration modifications.

• Help in collecting business requirements and translating them into system improvements.

• Assist with incident management, change requests, and service requests pertaining to the LMS.

• Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations (APIs, SSO, HR systems, etc.).

• Support course setup, user enrollment, learning content uploads, and platform configuration.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Educational Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 3+ years of experience in application management, enterprise systems, learning/training platforms, or comparable digital solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in managing the entire lifecycle of business applications, including implementation, configuration, support, enhancement, and user adoption.

• Strong comprehension of training, learning, HR, or enterprise operational processes within large organizations.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business, technical, QA, support, and customer-facing groups.

• Solid understanding of application support models, incident management, change management, and release coordination.

• Proven experience in gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specifications and improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, SSO, and enterprise system environments is preferred.
