This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Stay informed about current and emerging trends in adult learning, evaluate their impact, and collaborate with management to integrate these trends into existing and future solutions.

• Advocate for and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental and enterprise initiatives.

• Create, implement, and assess training plans and programs to fulfill departmental training goals.

• Design training materials, procedures, manuals, and visual aids to facilitate synchronous and asynchronous learning for both virtual and in-person sessions.

• Conduct training needs assessments and identify training requirements for new program development.

• Collaborate proactively and communicate with internal stakeholders to address training gaps that support organizational performance.

• Develop and implement computer-based learning modules utilizing appropriate system design and technology.

• Work with relevant stakeholders to optimize the use of learning management systems and enablement platforms.

• Provide and analyze complex metrics regarding the effectiveness and usage of assigned training programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• A 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree).

• 3-5+ years of experience in training curriculum development and blended learning content creation, including proficiency with eLearning software (such as Articulate 360/RISE, Storyline, Adobe Illustrator, Premier Pro, etc.).
