This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead the financial strategy for SimpleTire.com by assessing daily performance metrics (Sessions, CVR, AOV) and pinpointing actionable trends to guide cross-functional decision-making.
• Act as a primary liaison to enhance information exchange between Sales and Marketing, ensuring all channel leads possess the necessary resources.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by attending automotive events to gather photo and video content; assist in basic editing for a social media and multi-channel content strategy.
• Streamline the implementation of sales campaigns by collaborating across functions to guarantee site assets are prepared for launch.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and promotions, collect data and analyze test results, and distill insights to offer strategic recommendations for enhancing the marketing program.
• Confirm the precision of promotional execution, which includes auditing site badges, verifying discount eligibility, and ensuring the functionality of tracking links.
• Maintain dashboards, models, and 'post-mortem' documents to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
• Uncover actionable insights and apply solutions that promote revenue and conversion growth.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising and Pricing to ensure site listings and promotions are in sync with inventory and business objectives.
• Provide data support and administrative assistance for monthly sales and demand forecasting processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Over 1 year of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related domain.
• Passionate automotive enthusiast with knowledge of the industry.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and data analysis.
• Practical experience with eCommerce platforms (CMS), site merchandising tools, or promotional engines.
• Basic skills in photo and video capturing.
• Familiarity with creative editing software.
• Understanding of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business models.
• Willingness to travel for events and assist with on-site content creation.
