This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assume full responsibility for the e-commerce strategy throughout the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with our regional business objectives.
• Facilitate the rollout of e-commerce platforms and coordinate the activation of the e-commerce channel across various markets once the infrastructure is established.
• Maintain a performance marketing perspective by remaining engaged with ongoing digital campaigns and leveraging analytics expertise to assess success across different metrics (e.g., CPA, CLTV, conversion rates).
• Utilize strong commercial insight to enhance e-commerce channel revenue, concentrating on understanding critical demand drivers such as promotions, conversion rate optimization, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
• Identify and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency and minimize cost-to-serve.
• Proactively manage and optimize e-commerce platforms across EMEA, ensuring peak performance and a smooth customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with EMEA campaign and channel marketing teams, country marketing teams, EMEA & Global digital teams, and EMEA/Global IT organization to align with overarching marketing and business aims.
• Manage relationships with third-party entities, including Amazon and other e-commerce and fulfillment providers, to enhance customer experience, product availability, and order fulfillment.
• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree along with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• At this level, a graduate degree may be advantageous, accompanied by 4 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth through effective promotional strategies, conversions, and customer retention initiatives.
• Extensive experience collaborating closely with country marketing teams and other regional/global stakeholders within a marketing organization.
• Capacity to engage cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, collaborating and influencing outcomes among all stakeholders involved in bringing a product to market.
• Profound expertise in performance marketing and analytics, with the ability to interpret and act upon key metrics such as CPA, CLTV, and conversion rates.
• Comprehensive understanding of the broader e-commerce landscape and the strategic and commercial factors necessary for operating a successful e-commerce business.
• Experience managing or working with the CommerceTools platform or other third-party e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with managing tools and tactics that drive demand and create a seamless customer journey across multiple e-commerce markets.
• Strong project management capabilities, coupled with excellent organizational skills and a strategic vision.
• Previous experience running your own e-commerce business or overseeing a corporate e-commerce platform is highly preferred.
• Experience in the Healthcare industry, including medical technology, is preferred.
