Dynamics 365 Developer – Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Configure and tailor Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, including Sales, Customer Service, and associated solutions.

• Develop and maintain Plugins and custom workflow activities utilizing C# and .NET.

• Implement client-side scripting with JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Perform customizations, business rules, and security configurations within Dataverse.

• Create and manage Power Automate cloud flows and integrations.

• Design Model-Driven Apps and Power Platform solutions.

• Engage in solution deployments and manage environment activities.

• Diagnose and rectify application defects and production issues.

• Adhere to established coding standards, development practices, and solution architecture guidelines.

• Develop and sustain Power Pages portals integrated with Dataverse and Dynamics 365.

• Aid in enhancing portal performance, usability, and accessibility.

• Participate actively in Agile delivery teams and sprint activities.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and Senior Developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–5 years of experience in software development.

• At least 2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Microsoft Power Platform.

• Practical experience with:

• C#

• .NET

• JavaScript

• Dataverse

• Power Automate

• Model-Driven Apps

• A solid understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration concepts.

• Experience with source control and development lifecycle processes.

• Experience in Agile project teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
