This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and support to ensure operational and financial objectives are met for the branches and shops within the division.
• Develops the sales strategy and growth plan for the Division while ensuring its effective execution.
• Oversees the sales and operational performance of up to 15 branches.
• Recruits and nurtures Branch Managers to enhance sales and operational efficiency in each market.
• Reports to a Group Executive who assists with direction, prioritization, and resolution of major issues.
• Implements corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to align with the overall direction of Motion Industries.
• Collaborates to identify and secure new business opportunities while enhancing operational effectiveness.
• Plans, organizes, allocates resources, and directs the daily operations of the division.
• Covers all facets of sales, account management, training, and sales support.
• Develops sales plans and budgets to achieve sales objectives.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Required experience with Motion Industries in branch management, corporate accounts, or a combination of both.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and project management skills are essential.
• Demonstrated business and financial acumen.
• Ability to influence and motivate team members.
• Capability to provide effective performance coaching and constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
