This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Deliver technical assistance across a variety of systems, with an emphasis on diagnostics and root cause analysis.
• Address technical queries from Customer Dealers as well as internal teams.
• Assist dealers in navigating repair procedures while ensuring precise documentation of cases.
• Work collaboratively with dealer technicians and internal agents to resolve intricate technical challenges.
• Record cases and technical information in internal databases.
• Organize visits from Field Engineers.
• Participate in training sessions and share product knowledge.
• Team up with engineers, project managers, and dealership personnel to exchange insights and identify trends.
• Occasionally perform vehicle testing and facilitate servicing arrangements.
• Escalate cases when required, ensuring all pertinent details are included and accurately documented.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional diagnostic and repair support.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a senior role within a dealership workshop.
• Degree in automotive technology or a comparable technical qualification.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, with EV and HV certification (e.g., HV EV Specialist / DGUV L2+ / IMI Level 4) being a significant asset.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools.
• Possess an analytical, organized, and customer-oriented approach.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• A general automotive diagnostics competence test/evaluation will be included in the recruitment process.
