Dutch Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

• In the role of Customer Support Agent, you will be essential in addressing customer inquiries and concerns via email (no phone communications) while also reviewing content across various marketplaces to ensure adherence to company standards and local regulations.

• Your efforts will help foster a secure online environment for users to engage with one another.

• If you possess strong Dutch reading and writing skills, coupled with basic to conversational English proficiency, excellent computer skills, decision-making abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, we would love to have you join our fantastic team!

• Our team jointly manages rotational morning and late shifts up until midnight, with the added convenience of working from the comfort of your home in Malta!
