This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Respond to customer inquiries, assist with product installations, and resolve issues.
• Provide the best possible assistance to customers via phone or email.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by following the correct procedures.
• Build meaningful relationships and respond to customer needs in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Achieve and exceed objectives for customer service quality, compliance standards, and productivity goals.
• Create a positive customer experience that is valued by clients and one we take pride in.
• Be responsible for following management directives and providing feedback.
• You must write and speak Dutch at a native level and be fluent in English (B2).
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You should have a good understanding of computer skills and excellent multitasking abilities.
• You are open to learning and development, with a curious mindset as a researcher and problem solver.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation abilities and active listening skills are essential.
• You must be capable of building interpersonal relationships.
