Dual Fuel Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Executing Smart Meter installations and exchanges at residential properties.

• Offering energy efficiency guidance to clients, detailing how SMART meters and IHD solutions function, while emphasizing their advantages.

• Providing outstanding customer service and embodying our company's values.

• Overseeing van stock levels and/or effectively utilizing ‘By Box’ facilities.

• Ensuring all work documentation and compliance records are accurately completed and submitted on a daily basis.

• Collaborating with the Smart Meter Operations Manager to meet daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives.

• Engaging in a field-based role, traveling throughout the London area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Smart Meter/Dual Fuel Engineer position.

• Possession of a current CCN1/CMA1/CMA3/MET1 qualification.

• Current MOCOPA accreditation or an equivalent certification.

• Valid EUSR card holder.

• Full, valid, and up-to-date UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.

• Strong IT skills, as work will be conducted using a handheld terminal (HHT).

• Willingness to undergo the necessary training to align with our standards, policies, and procedures.

• Availability for standby and out-of-hours cover as part of a rota.
