This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of a curriculum comprising approximately 70 teaching units in the field of basic electrical engineering: voltage/current/resistance, circuits, measurement technology, electrical hazards, safety measures, legal framework

• Preparation of training materials

• Assessments of learning outcomes including grading criteria

• Conducting live sessions with tutorial support

• Implementation within the framework of a customer contract

• Training small groups of 15–20 employees per session over a period of 2 weeks, covering 70–80 teaching units

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification, such as certified electrical technician or state-certified electrical engineer

• Experience in adult education

• Experience in the development of learning materials, not just in delivery

• Proficiency with LMS and online training

• Ideally, a Level 2E certificate according to DGUV Information 209-093

• Ideally, AEVO instructor qualification or a comparable pedagogical qualification
