Doula Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to certified doulas and care managers in delivering prenatal, birth, and postpartum support services.

• Participate in client home visits, prenatal appointments, and community events (some travel may be required).

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation for clients is maintained.

• Promote wellness education and advocacy within underserved communities.

• Engage in continuous training, supervision, and team meetings (both remote and in-person as necessary).

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or intending to enroll in a certified Doula training program.

• Strong enthusiasm for maternal and family wellness.

• Must live within the service area.

• Access to reliable transportation for light local travel.

• Proficient with technology and capable of maintaining digital records.

• Eager to learn, grow, and provide support to clients from a trauma-informed, holistic viewpoint.
