This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create, qualify, nurture, solicit, and manage a personal portfolio of around 100–125 major donors and prospects.
• Formulate tailored donor strategies to enhance engagement and boost philanthropic contributions.
• Take ownership of annual revenue and activity objectives.
• Design and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies for six- and seven-figure solicitations.
• Collaborate with chapter field leadership and staff to devise integrated donor strategies.
• Ensure accurate and timely records in CRM systems.
• Act as a representative of the Alzheimer’s Association at donor meetings and events.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; CFRE certification or an advanced degree is advantageous.
• At least 5 years of fundraising experience directly engaging with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Proven success in cultivating, soliciting, and finalizing six- and seven-figure major gifts.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent listening abilities.
• Established ability to collaborate across various functions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven portfolio management.
• Willingness and capacity to travel regionally and nationally.
